Participants will receive a 20% Trippy Zou Coupon only if the trek amount has been paid in full. • Advance booking amount, permit fees, insurance charges, transport cancellation charges, and third-party booking charges are non-refundable. • No refund for no-shows, illness, personal emergencies, or late arrivals. • Ticket transfer is subject to organizer approval and may attract a 20% transfer charge. • A minimum of 8 participants is required to conduct the trek. If fewer than 8 participants register, Trippy Zou reserves the right to cancel the trek up to one night before departure and provide a 100% refund. • No refund will be applicable if the trek is cancelled, modified, or interrupted after commencement due to weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Trippy Zou's decision regarding trek operations, safety, cancellations, and refunds shall be final and binding.
